A website about ice bath
icebathchiller.ccI like that there’s no affiliate links and merely guide what to search for.
I watched a YouTube programmer talk about ice baths and used 24 500ml bottles of frozen water. it’s inefficient. It took too many and they are cumbersome to store in a freezer, leak, etc.
Revision two, I use two 1gal pitchers and one top of a plastic cake keeper Tupperware roughly 5”x12” for about 2.5 more gallons of frozen water. Toss in tub, Turn on water 9min, it goes from 70-65 to 45F degrees, take out plastic, then sit for 15 minutes, put ice back in plastic, rinse off, and back in the freezer ready for the next day.
I got some cognitive benefits and did them daily for 3 months before exercising.
