Ask HN: Brain Fog?
Does anyone else here feel like there is a massive amount of brain fog in their day to day lives? How often do you exercise? Cardio? Avoid crap food? Get consistent sleep? I'm not trying to oversimplify matters, but I had a phase in my early 20s when I wasn't taking care of myself. Making those changes made a significant impact on my day to day mental well being.
