Seems like for once Boeing wasn't at fault:

This could just be availability bias but man if it doesn't seem like Boeing has some sort of quality issue every other week.

    Maintenance quality could be the next big aviation scandal. Offshore maintenance depots, outsourcing, etc. So much "normalization of deviance" in the name of cost optimization in safety-critical areas.
