De-Googlify the Internet

Unrelated, but I've had a lot of fun trying to degoogle my life. I have a pixel that I'm running graphene is on and I set up a next cloud instance at my house that I sync my personal calendar, contacts, and photos too. Fun Christmas break project.

For awhile before I got the next cloud instance set up, I took a step back in time and was semi manually syncing my phone to outlook like how I used to do it with activesync and hotsync. Unlike with my old palm and windows mobile pdas I had it set up to sync over wifi when I was home.

It's a surprisingly challenge effort. I still have my old Gmail account for posterity. Google did a good job sucking you into their eco system with their free goodies.
