Why now?
Kroger announced the intent of this acquisition literally 1.5-years ago (Oct 2022).
Why is it only now the FTC is suing?
Note: I’m not taking a stance on for or against the acquisition. It just seems odd the FTC waited so long to sue over this.

You should be taking a stance. Screw them and trying to rip us off even more. This kind of shit should be illegal. No mergers no matter what unless the other company is closing its doors. Probably every single merger has screwed Americans
