Ask HN: What do you use to download videos?
Sometimes I want to download a video, but there is no download option most of the time. How do you download videos? I pay for YouTube premium and Nebula which both let me download videos. I use it to save videos for when I travel. I also sometimes live off grid with a Starlink and I'll download videos so I can turn Starlink off to save power. Literally Using ffmpeg to download m3u8 videos these days. Whenever they need a header i proxy that url via nginx Yt-dlp ftw!
