feedahead.comSmall tool https://feedahead.com, I built for myself and have been using for a while to gather anonymous feedback on topics. You can gather and provide the feedback with someone's email address only. tldr: Its hard to get folks to speak up openly and every feedback tool out there has tracking which scares the folks to a large extent from being targeted. Personally it has helped me to cover my blind spots as a technology manager, hopefully its useful for other folks too. Would appreciate any feedback to make it more useful.
