German companies test 4-day work week to fight labour crisis

What I find amusing is the article quotes SAP having difficultly finding university graduates. This is is same company which has been trying to get rid of older employees in Germany by means of voluntary attrition.

And this year they announced restructuring of 8000 employees and would try to do same again in Germany
