It's actually a very interesting idea.

It would be great if a similar product exists that essentially performs the same task but with respect to specific criteria. This could prove to be useful in identifying potential gem-like channels that are not yet discovered.

YouTube is about 14b uploaded videos, but only 15% of them are seen more than thousand times, with average views number 39 (info: tubestats.org)
