I think it's a lot easier to just wait one or two more years for him to match my wealth
He probably already is less wealthier than you. To save taxes the rich lend money, with shares as security. since they don't own the money, no taxes are paid for it. When it comes to paying back, they sell some shares and pay the interest with it and the cycle starts again.
