Tell HN: I don't understand how comment threading works on HN
Pretty much all info in title. I don't get it. It's literally a tree[1]. Nothing fancy at all. Ok I was definitely not specific enough. The way it is rendered is confusing. But thank you It is rendered without lines, as typical in other places, and I agree it can be confusing when there are lots of replies.
