Ask HN: How come there are no quality providers of on-premise ATS/HRMS software?
I work for a non-profit company that has almost 1000 employees and strict security policies. We need an HR solution that can be installed and run on our own network, instead of using a cloud-based service. I searched online, but I couldn’t find a definitive list of such solutions. So I want to ask the hacker news community if they have any experience with on-premise HR software that is easy to manage. We are looking for features like recruitment, talent, time reporting, and career management. How do these solutions compare to the popular cloud offerings like ceridian, workday, etc?
