Boeing urges 737 Max inspections for possible loose bolt

I found myself at a Christmas party recently with friends who are contractors that work on military aircraft built by Boeing. They basically said the planes they receive are consistently riddled with problems and planes being received are not in-line with the military specs. They recently received a number of planes that they wanted to outright reject the whole lot of because of various issues with the build. Their planes don't even share the manufacturing line with the 737, but another major civilian model.
