Publishing Documents with Quarto

I like Quarto, and I'm rooting for it, but in putting together a basic web site last year, I spent far too much time isolating and reporting bugs, and waiting for fixes. I get the sense they're moving too fast, and not thinking things through on a basic level.

Yes, every new software project has bugs, but IMO things like the product malfunctioning if menu item text has a certain combination of (ASCII) characters shouldn't happen.

That sort of thing makes me hesitant to delve deeper into the feature set and rely on it more heavily.
