Reading the lawsuit and that article did you think what MMA is accused of was deceptive in any way?
Do you really think that MMA is not being deceptive? Wikipedia lists them as "a left-leaning[3] 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization". Is that not a true characterization?
The most pathetic thing here is the Texas AG's participation.
Using the justice system to go against journalists is literally the least 'freedom of speech' thing you can do.
Is it not a stretch to refer to MMA as "journalists"?
