An update to Google News magazine support

Presumably the content side, ie conde nast and some others just refused to do the work. Google's role was distribution but Google's rules was "do it my way" and the magazines probably had a better offer from Adobe (for instance) to produce emag output from their existing production cycle.

I don't work in the industry, I'm guessing.
