Battle of the AI Chat Bots

Neat dashboard, fun to explore. One thing, sort of related, I find it interesting that 5 or 6 of the top AI chat bot apps are from Turkey. Anyone have any insight into what fosters such a disproportionate offering from there? Do they have successful AI incentives from the government etc?
