I realized how insanely popular she is when half my workplace stopped working to try to get tickets for her shows on the assigned hour the tickets dropped for a show 5 hours away by car.
A co-worker+spouse are traveling to Europe for a concert, because it's about the same price w/ airline tickets.
40 minutes from identifying the outage to completely rolling out a fix is impressive, gotta hand it to them. I'd love to get a look into their deploy process.
They went through a spectacular system-wide crash a few years ago with Jeffree Starr cosmetics - similar circumstances (despite knowing it was coming, the sale took down storefront and admin for merchants across the platform) and probably learned a few things from that experience.
