An Overdue Apology (on Requests III)

The apology was written 2 days ago in response to a blogpost[1] from... 2019? Hmmm... well... hmmm...

I guess the saying "better late than never" is frequently true, but sometimes, like when it takes 4 years to write such words, maybe it would be better just not do anything.
