Ask HN: Help me find a Weekly Calendar based TODO app that was mentioned here
After trying many different things, I use a series of 5 Google Keep notes titled "Monday," "Tuesday" etc with recurring reminders set so they pop up on that day. This means I can plan my week on Sunday, and then only see the relevant day's lists, so I don't get distracted by the rest of the week's tasks.
I remember reading a list of people's favorite TODO apps (or maybe productivity apps, or just general list of favorite apps) here a while ago -- probably over a year ago -- where someone mentioned an app that replicated this setup. At the time I didn't think much of it because my setup, while low-tech, worked just fine. However, now, I'm using fewer Google services and would like to find that app. Unfortunately, after several hours of searching the web and HN, I'm unable to find that comment.
Help! I don't think this sounds quite like my startup, but perhaps it was Reclaim.ai? Either way, would love for you to check it out :) The integration is really cool, and it seems like this would be a powerful tool, but I think I'd be fighting against the main thing you want to do (I don't want to reschedule stuff after my Sunday planning session, with only very few exceptions).
