Not sure what's with the sudden influx of clickbait crap on HN.
All the Wim Hof folks on here are laughing so hard.
The problem is that there is nothing at all suggesting what the 5mino app is. Is this about training to hold your breath for 5 minutes?
This was hard, I had to stop at 38 seconds.
It's okay to stop at 38 seconds. But if you can hold till 1 minute, you have good lung capacity and health.
Um, this is counting down twice as fast.
