Ask HN: How to organize work to build hard-tech MVP as first time CTO?
We recently raised our pre-seed and now I need to build this thing. I've been reading the relevant literature and running simulations, ordered components for what I think is the first step for a POC en route to our MVP.
Any successful hard-tech startups or even R&D experts here do this before? Of the maybe 8 technical domains our product will use, I'm familiar with maybe 4, so need to balance learning vs doing.
