YouTube Premium Price Hike – Ouch

I hate to say it....but they are doing what we in Canada have suffered from cable companies and telecoms....they are colluding in secret to price fix with their competition as they are all splintering out and cannot maintain adequate 'growth trajectories' .....

And people act surprised when Piracy starts ticking up. Most subscription services are tending towards cable in pricing with less convenience.

Here's the thing about subscriptions - if it gets too expensive rent I'm going to cancel it. I did this with cable in the past and I will do it with premium subscriptions.

Wow, that's a big increase. Seems like this doesn't affect customers in the USA, who already had a price increase earlier in the year.
