Feat: Made it clear that we stand with Ukraine

I am generally a supporter of Ukraine in their conflict, and normally do not disapprove of public statements of support for them, but this one goes too far and is too aggressive.

It looks like that org may be international and not a real company, but I would say this is still an example of how maybe corporate/work life should not be the venue for everyone to try to seek like moral alignment, political support for their cause, etc. It's not sustainable.

The only part of this I'm opposed to is the additional terms of use, since they arguably make it non-free.
