Covid vaccine 'black hole' for injury claims is unconstitutional, lawsuit says

I know this can be a hot button, but some genuine intellectual curiosity in here. Some information I don’t think is widely known, as well as inducing some thinking about how societies operate with regard to the legal system, the constitution, regulatory capture, etc.
