We put Hey on Ruby YJIT

I would like to know the updated general consensus regarding Rubys performance. I don't think we ever can call Ruby a high performance language because it's interpreted, GC-based and heavily dynamic so optimizations is really hard.

Yet, there have been lots of investments and massive improvements on Rubys performance, how well does it perform today compared to other languages?
