Hi HN, I created this site recently and need som feedbacks. Please give it a try, let me know if you see anything to need to be improved or added. Below is the summary of https://hichatbot.ai

What is HiChatbot? - HiChatbot is an AI-powered chatbot that can answer your questions about documents, text, and videos. You can upload a document, text, or provide a video link to HiChatbot and have a Q&A chat with the content.

What are some of the things I can do with HiChatbot? You can use HiChatbot to: - Summarize the main points of a document - Get more details about a specific topic in a document, text, or video - Based on the provided document, generate creative text formats of text content, like executive summaries, reports, poems, code, scripts, musical pieces, email, letters, etc.

I haven’t used it but I’m pretty sure that HN readers tend to appreciate if you had provided a privacy policy and a terms of service.

Otherwise, at the minimum, make it clear in your FAQ.

Some questions that I have floating around:

- Who’s processing my data? OpenAI? A service from AWS? Bare metal with your own solution?

- What are the limitations? Would a 1 hour lecture video off YouTube work?

Slight nitpick: You’ve got a domain name, why don’t you use that as your contact email? It would be nicer, in my eyes, to have something like “<your first name>@hichatbot.ai” instead of “hichatbotai@gmail.com”.

All good points. I've been focusing on the techs but will be addressing them today. Thanks.

    - I'm using OpenAI to process data for now, but it's extendable, I'm doing R&D to compare other LLMs like Claude 2, etc. - It works well with 1 to 2 hours video transcripts. I haven't tested with longer videos yet.

Very cool nice job. How do you chunk up the content, do you use something like the langchain framework to help?
