I have a project with some users, and I'm trying to determine the root cause of churn. I've been sending the following email to my users to get feedback, but I'm not sure if it's any good. Does anyone here who is more experienced have suggestions on what I should do?

You're one of my earliest users, so your thoughts--positive and negative--could really help me understand what I should prioritize as I continue to improve Y.
