Elizabeth Warren demands probes of Elon Musk, SpaceX after Ukraine revelations

I don't like Musk but from my understanding of the events. SpaceX did not actively disable anything. They refused to enable service in a conflict region.

I don't know the law in the US but isn't it the case unless the US government invokes some emergency terrorism law or war act they can't force a private company from doing such a thing?
