Making it clear when we’re on a call with you to protect you from fraud

Having loaded the app, wouldnt it be simpler to have the app show the name of the person on the call to the customer at the top of the screen instead of having to remember to go ‘Privacy & security’ in Settings by tapping your profile in the top left of the Home screen?
