I'm still receiving bot messages but can't seem to send anything
Their status message says 100% uptime so this inability to read or send messages is all our imagination!
Eventually if enough people notice they'll put an ! on their status page (as they've done for "Android users can't log in"), and then remove it from the browseable history in a few weeks.

I suspect they didn't consider that it impacted their SLO because it wasn't impacting 100% of their customers.
That's the problem of status pages for large, heavily sharded, services. Tt can't reflect what a single customer experienced.

Same here. Have confirmed with other parties as well.
Having sporadic issues sending messages here.
Barely working on desktop, slow on mobile.
Works on the mobile app for me.
