Freedom Holding Corp: Brazen Sanctions Evasion (Hindenburg Research)

My understanding is that OFAC was aware of the whole Russia sanctions dodging via Freedom Holding affiliated entities at least as early as Q3 2022, but that it curiously decided to not do anything.
