Celebrating Ten Years of Hacktoberfest

I'm wearing a 2016 Hacktoberfest t-shirt as I write this, so it's sad to see the t-shirt rewards go. But maybe that's what the event needs in order to attract less garbage PR spam, which imo has been ruining the event in a lot of people's eyes for the last several years.
