Ask HN: What problems did you face while using freelance marketplaces?
I want to learn about your bad experiences as a freelancer or hirer with online freelance marketplace platforms. How do you think online freelance marketplaces can be improved? Any idea that simple to implement but haven't done yet? What I see is generally Terms of Service is too much restrictive. Other issue is Dispute Management, what can be done for a better process.
