Future of AI Coaching: Unlocking Potential with Intelligent Guidance

Really like the theme of this piece. My concern with long-term AI support, which coaching and mentoring in a professional environment needs to be for the full impact of development cycles, is what happens when the provider of the AI starts to tinker with the secret sauce? Whether because of hardware restrictions or tweaking weights, what happens when the 'person' helping you through your career suddenly begins caveating everything they say like an HR parrot attempting to avoid offense, remain within the "law", or otherwise create an entirely new personality to interactive with?

Not sure what we are going to call the death of an AI friend/coach/mentor, but there is going to be a name for it. Digital dissolution? Retirement? Either way, a solid perspective on how AI can help in accessible, and much needed, individual help.
