Ask HN: Any chance on TeleSign GDPR requests?
Hello !
Did anyone had a reply from TeleSign, after a GDPR request ?
I emailed TeleSign with mine, after this story from 2 weeks ago

They replied that they received my request, and "will revert in due course.". But that was the only message I received from them.
What is happening ? Did the story overwhelm their office ? Are they waiting to burn evidence ? Or are they just ignoring them ?
I wouldn't be surprised if they were overwhelmed. But companies in Europe rely so much on consultants and subcontractors "to have a flexible workforce" that they could just have hired new workers, if they had too many requests :/
So, did anyone of you had any chance ?
