Ask HN: What impact, if any, did AI/ML have in accelerating Covid-19 research?
I've read too many of Michael Nielsen's articles and recently got curious about making science go faster. This seems like precedent for that.
I found an old Kaggle competition[1] along these lines, but I don't know if it did anyone any good.
I don't mean to clog up HN with more LLM spam! I doubt medical researchers would appreciate a wrapper around ChatGPT telling them what to do.
