Is it possible to upgrade Tizen in SamsungTV?

I have Samsung 55'' TV with Tizen 6.0 on board. Unfortunately Apple's HEIF image file format is not supported. I read Tizen 6.5 does support it.

But... I also read it is not possible to upgrade Tizen.

Any hack around this?
