Apple neutered ad blockers in Safari (2019)

I've been using a "neutered" ad blocker since 2019, 1Blocker, and it's not so neutered. I haven't seen a single ad in Safari in that time -- well, except for promoted tweets, but I created a userscript that removes those, too.
