“Chances are that ChatGPT is going to replace you if what you do is easy”

There is a long way to go beyond ChatGPT. Models currently are mostly text, low hanging fruit for an early win. Prediction is a bit futile just now.

Isn't this only the case if what you do is both easy and doesn't require any level of accuracy/correctness?
