As per past and current (as of July 2023) Reddit User Agreement, Reddit users are the copyright owners of their content (see Section 5). This service does not hold, store, or transmit any information copyrighted by Reddit.

This uses archived Reddit data. r/jokes is currently the only available subreddit that can be queried.
