Where to Find Affiliates?
Hello everyone,
After more than a decade of toiling in the trenches, we've refined our agency work into an online course. It's not just a rehash of what we've learned, but a carefully curated guide supercharged with AI tools for efficiency and effectiveness. And now it's available on Thinkific for $1,000 to $2,000.
But here's the rub: to get this course in the hands of those who need it, we need affiliates. If you were in our shoes, where would you begin the search?
And just as importantly, what's a fair affiliate cut? Your thoughts are welcome.
Thanks. Easy, low hanging fruit approach: Clickbank Slightly more involved 'business' approach: (something like, depending on your location) www.awin.com More tailored, hands on 'land a super affiliate' approach: Go network at something like affiliateworldconferences.com/europe - talk to a bunch of affiliates/affiliate managers/networks and go from there. Personal 2c: $2000 products are likely going to be harder to sell $60 products. If I have no proof this will sell (well), I may have to burn a lot of cash to test it. Is that going to be worth it for $40 per sale? Probably no? For $1000 per sale, maybe? To attract more people to push it, could you either - make the course payable in instalments (ie $100 a month cancel at any point for the user) and then make the payout $100 (first month), OR work on a lead-gen approach where you take the risk (ie you know you can convert the $Xk sale) and pay $5 (or whatever) per lead to get someone into your sales funnel (much lower risk for the affiliate)? Wow thank you for this!
I’m going to try with a 35-40% commission.
The course is payable in 6 installments.
I have to think about the last approach and how to structure it.
