Founders, don’t befriend your employees

Nope.. I don't agree. I've been friends with a founder (as a staff member) I didn't work harder for him because I idolised him. I worked hard for the vision. I believed in it. It wasn't social capital.

He wasn't my Daddy. I was 15 years old than he was.

Talented people come to work to build something amazing with great teams.
