Ask HN: Online video therapy providing CBT?
I have used some online therapy services like betterhelp.com and healthygamer.gg but I don't think they are offering CBT from academically trained and certified professionals.
Does anyone know services that can provide actual cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) from trained psychologists/psychiatrists?
I did recently come across this [1] comparison (privacy-wise) of therapy services but not sure how I could filter by CBT or academic training.
