Harnessing AI to make sense of California’s confusing HOA laws

Hi guys,

For my first AI project I decided to train a ChatGPT based language model on California’s HOA laws.

The site allows you to ask common questions you might have about state requirements and regulations surrounding HOA’s and common interest developments.

Being a board member of a 5 unit condo building, I’ve experienced the frustration first hand involved with parsing California’s Davis Stirling act to find answers to my questions.

Being this is very much a beta, and my first time dabbling with AI I’d love to hear any feedback HackerNews readers have to offer.
