I'm lucky to be fully WFH but after 9h of work (including 1h lunch break) I have zero energy to do anything. How do you force yourself to do stuff after work that isn't binging on Youtube or Procrastination?

Try studying or doing stuff before work.

I raally wish I could, but I'm a night owl, so waking up at 8am is already a pain for work... So this is not an option :(

I'm sorry, I do not understand what you mean.

Pardon me sometimes I talk in very shorthand speak for the web -- I mean to say that everyone's day can be sliced into various segments, for me my "brightest slice" is typically a 4-6 hour interval that occurs shortly after I wake up, but sometimes I get into it later in the day. If you can use this "brightest slice" for your own company, or solo projects, those can become a passive income stream eventually. Lots of work does not require my "brightest slice" so I allocate accordingly.

I understand, thank you for clarifying!

Sadly my work hours are fixed, so this is not an option :(

You can always train yourself to get up very early. My friend who is 39 wakes up at 4 am and works until noon. He calls me at 1:30p to chill. So, just for some perspective, maybe you can nudge your wakefulness up a couple hours and be about your particular grind daily before your fixed schedule kicks in. It's not easy to get an edge over the system, you have to be very creative and diligently persistent. There are some insane people on YouTube I can refer you to if who have provided me with glimpses into insane levels of motivation. The taste of freedom is so sweet, one will do what it takes to achieve it. You know what I mean? Your schedule is fixed now, but if you double-down and have 2 fixed schedules one day you should be schedule-less. At least, that's the goal. But of course, not always easy or straightforward. And so, you can hear the wise advice of my grandmother to my father, who said "I'll work now and stack gold and enjoy myself later," and she said "you gotta work a little and live a little, in tandem." So maybe that is a wiser way than the way I'm going, burning the candle at both ends, but I thought I should give you my 2cents since this is a forum for generative pre-trained entrepreneurs. GPE
