Title says it all. The people who ring, or other contract method and those who on support forums who ask how to solve their vague (but sometimes quite obvious) problem ... and never bother to reply to say how it went ... in regard to support forums, often only to create a new username a couple days later and ask about the same. The smart but cookie cutter support that gets on their high horse that it's not DOS but emulated ... failing to realise all the clues are there the poor sod tried to fix it with a sys from an older dos disk ... and never fucking understood why a sys from old ms dos and later M$ were different. Some percentage of Microsoft Techies on HN talking about Lisp - no one cares about a language that has no relevance. What have you built lately that matters?
