I've just found out about your service and I'm testing it, I'm running a WordPress business and provide support for my theme/plugin. So it already created couple drafts for me and one of them was almost perfect, one was total miss and the others were good enough so I can edit the drafts and provide correct answer, but it's nice that it's already 'wrapped' in nicely constructed polite answer

I've been using using HelpScout since 2014, I'm close to 50k tickets on the platforms, I can only imagine how good it would work if I could feed it all those tickets, instead of that 500+ it imported on the trial.

I made this service to solve my own customer support problem. GPT-4 generates draft replies using previous responses as a knowledge base. I've been using it for a few months and most replies don't need editing. Thoughts?
