Show HN: Tutorial to create engaging videos with AI
twitter.comThis 2 minute tutorial shows how quickly you can create a character with Midjourney, a script with ChatGPT, audio file with Eleven Labs and put it all together into a video with D-ID. If you’re not even creating the script, what is the point? I ask that genuinely. You keep saying the video is “engaging” and I kept disagreeing. Is “engagement” the goal? Is that all we care for now, to keep people glued to a screen watching anything regardless of value, effort, or care? Again, that is a genuine question. If you think that has worth I want to understand why. I can see the point of using some of these tools some of the time, but if you’re doing what literally anyone with a computer can accomplish in five minutes, what is the point? Is it just the next grift, aiming to get in early on new low-effort methods of “content creation” to monetise them while it’s a viable strategy?
