(We're are working on an app that helps boost your health with quick 5-minute activities.We learned it is hard for tech people, who have a sedentary lifestyle to even hold their breath for 30 seconds(not all, but some) - so made this simple web page to test it).

Seemed too easy so I kept holding my (same) breath, clicked back and ran thru an additional 40 seconds. Even at 80 seconds I wasn't uncomfortable. I think I could do 120 pretty easy. I chalk it all up to being a good programmer - that is, being lazy and using minimal resources. Great to see you have good lung capacity. But when we tested it with over 50 tech employees and banking employees, a lot of them approximately 32 have some problems holding air for more than 30 seconds. Might be due to their lifestyle, their smoking habits etc. ok 120 looks really a lot, but it makes me scared that someone can't hold their breath for 40 seconds... in fact, actually its created to show others too, about their lung capacity and to take precautions or change habits that, affects their health. I got bored past 40s and went back to HN
